Return unused accessories within 30 days for a full refund. Treats and feed can be returned only unopened; an opened bag or tub is not returnable, for hygiene reasons.

Horses: the Hoof-back guarantee

Every horse comes with a 7-day trial. If it is not the one for you, bring it back within 7 days of delivery and we refund the price less a transport fee of 150,00 €, provided our vet finds no new injury.

What the guarantee does not cover

Horses bought at a reduced price as "project horses" and horses bought for breeding are sold without the guarantee.
